Operational Controller

Our client, a domestic public Oil & Gas services company is looking to hire an Operational Controller to join its growing team. Reporting to the Vice-President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, the Operational Controller will be accountable for a broad array of responsibility including:
- managing the day-to-day operational accounting activities including financial reporting;
- implementing and creating internal policy and procedures;
- managing a small accounting staff;
- supervision of an IFRS conversion project and additional special projects where assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications:
As a strong candidate to be positioned for the role of Operational Controller you are a Chartered Accountant with 7 or more years of senior operational Oil & Gas services experience. Candidates currently within the field of Oil & Gas services at the Assistant Controller or Controller level will be given preference.
