Description of Business

We are a Toronto-based private equity fund manager that focuses on buy-out opportunities in the Canadian and American mid-market (enterprise values between $50 and $300 million). Together with our CEO Partners, we create platforms for long-term growth through the acquisition and stewardship of select corporations in targeted industries. These companies serve as the “platforms” for growth, both organic and via follow-on acquisitions, to achieve leading positions within their respective industries. We have earned a reputation for: (i) identifying recession-resistant industries; (ii) undertaking extensive due diligence, (iii) strategic value creation; and (iv) creative liquidity events.
